MSC Seaside Naming Ceremony Star-Studded Entertainment
MSC Cruises announced the line-up for the official launch and Naming Ceremony of MSC Seaside, to be held on December 21st in PortMiami. As part of the traditional Naming Ceremony for every new ship, MSC welcomes special guests and entertainment, Miami authorities, global media, and key partners from across the travel industry.
Headline entertainment for the MSC Seaside naming ceremony will be Ricky Martin, apparently still living la vida loca.
World-famous tenor, and my personal heart-throb Andrea Bocelli, will also perform. Miami football legend and Hall of Fame quarterback, Dan Marino, will be there representing the Miami Dolphins, as MSC is the official cruise of the Miami Dolphins.
Remember Saved by the Bell? Mario Lopez will serve as MC. As always, the ever-glamorous Sophia Loren will be there to christen the ship with a ribbon-cutting and officially name the vessel, MSC Seaside. She’s the godmother to many MSC cruise ships.
Despite all the show-stopping celebrities, the main star of the show will be the new MSC Seaside. Quite unlike anything else at sea, MSC Seaside will command attention with its revolutionary design, inspired by the architecture and lifestyle of Miami.
