Crystal River Cruises to Livestream Christening of New Ship
Crystal River Cruises will officially christen the third of four new identical river ships, Crystal Debussy, during a VIP ceremony on May 28, 2018, at 12:30PM EST.
The line will be live streaming the Crystal Debussy event via Facebook Live on their Crystal Cruises Facebook page, allowing interested fans from around the world to welcome the newest member of the fleet together. The complete video will also be immediately available for viewing following the live broadcast
Crystal president and CEO, Tom Wolber, the ship’s godmother, Broadway star Rachel York, and Vice President & Managing Director of Crystal River Cruise Walter Littlejohn will be in attendance and sailing on the vessel’s “Splendors of the Rhine” voyage.
The 106-guest Crystal Debussy embarked on her maiden voyage along the Rhine River on April 9. Throughout this year and next, she will sail 7 and 10-day voyages between Amsterdam and Basel along the Rhine and Moselle rivers, visiting Switzerland, Germany, the Netherlands, and Belgium.
Crystal’s new river ships are all-balcony, all-suite vessels, with butler service in every category, king-size beds, walk-in closets, and a number of open-seating, farm-to-table eateries.
