Carnival Cruise Line is set to expand its 2026-27 offerings with additional cruises to The Bahamas. These trips will include visits to their new exclusive destination, Celebration Key.
According to a recent press release, Carnival is extending the itineraries of its ships: the Carnival Conquest from Miami and the Carnival Glory and Carnival Freedom from Port Canaveral. Guests will have more three-, four-, and five-day cruising options to choose from, all heading to beautiful Bahamian destinations.
Fred Stein, vice president of itinerary planning for Carnival Cruise Line, remarked, “These itineraries are a significant part of our 2026/27 schedule. They offer that classic, quick Carnival getaway from Florida to The Bahamas. Our guests can enjoy a memorable escape with exciting onboard activities, along with stops at The Bahamas’ stunning ports, including our premier new destination Celebration Key.”
The Carnival Conquest, which is based year-round at PortMiami, will present a variety of trip options in 2026 and early 2027. Weekend cruises lasting three days will include a visit to Celebration Key, while four-day trips will stop at Half Moon Cay and Princess Cays. In January 2027, the ship will embark on an 11-day Southern Caribbean Carnival Journeys cruise, making stops in St. Thomas, Dominica, Grenada, Antigua, Barbados, and Celebration Key.
From Port Canaveral, Carnival Glory will feature three- and four-day cruises to Bahamian locales throughout 2026 and early 2027. Three-day trips will set sail on Fridays, visiting Celebration Key, while four-day options will also include Nassau and Celebration Key, with some itineraries adding Princess Cays or Half Moon Cay to their stops.
Carnival Freedom will offer four- and five-day itineraries. The four-day journeys will visit Half Moon Cay and Celebration Key, while the five-day options will explore Celebration Key, Nassau, and either Half Moon Cay or Princess Cays.
Additionally, in 2026, Carnival Freedom will feature two transatlantic Carnival Journeys cruises. One will be a 14-day trip from Port Canaveral to Barcelona, with stops in Gibraltar, Malaga, and Alicante. The other is a 13-day cruise returning from Barcelona to Port Canaveral. The ship will also embark on an eight-day round-trip Mediterranean cruise from Barcelona, visiting destinations like Provence, Livorno, Civitavecchia, Naples, and Valletta.
