"Strong partnerships are built on shared accountability and execution. Together with Versonix, we are committed to delivering this transformation in a way that creates lasting value for our brands and guests," said Daniel Henry, executive vice president and chief technology officer at NCLH.
Versonix describes the platform as a modern, scalable foundation for reservations, inventory, pricing and distribution.
Beyond modernizing core reservation capabilities, the platform is meant to enhance the guest experience with more personalized booking options, improved digital interactions, and a simpler, more seamless journey from trip planning through sailing, noted Versonix.
"We are proud to deepen our relationship with NCLH and support the next phase of its technology strategy. The expansion of Seaware across all three NCLH brands reflects the strength of our partnership and the value of a modern, scalable platform built to support Norwegian as a leading cruise operator," added Yuri Polissky, chief operating officer of Versonix.
Other cruise lines that recently adopted the platform include Atlas Ocean Voyages, The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection and StarDream Cruises.
