Cunard Garners World’s Best Award

Cunard has received top honors from upscale Travel + Leisure magazine. In their World’s Best Awards 2017, Cunard was named No. 1 in the Mega-Ship Ocean Cruise Line Category. Travel + Leisure readers have voted on their favorite destinations, hotels, resorts, spas, airlines, cruise lines and more in the World’s Best Awards since 1995

Founded by Halifax’s hometown hero, Samuel Cunard started Cunard line 177 years ago. Once a mail delivery steamship company, Cunard’s ships, the three Queens—Queen Mary 2, Queen Victoria, and Queen Elizabeth—voyage around the world. Cunard’s Queen Mary 2 provides the only regularly scheduled transatlantic crossings from May through January.
