Carnival Is Expanding Its New Dining Menu Across More Ships

Carnival’s New Dinner Menu Is Spreading Fast
Brand Ambassador John Heald recently shared exciting news on social media. Three more Carnival ships will soon introduce a new dining room menu.

The rollout schedule looks like this:
- Carnival Celebration – June 7, 2026
- Carnival Venezia – June 18, 2026
- Carnival Dream – July 5, 2026
14 Ships Will Soon Offer the New Menu
The new menu first launched on the Carnival Magic back in January. With these latest additions, 14 ships in the fleet will feature the updated dining options.
Other ships already serving the new menu include the Mardi Gras, Carnival Panorama, Carnival Sunshine, Carnival Liberty, and Carnival Jubilee. The Carnival Pride, Carnival Spirit, Carnival Conquest, Carnival Vista, and Carnival Miracle have also recently debuted it.
What Are Guests Saying?
So far, the feedback has been really positive. Heald noted that the new menu was a highlight of his annual FFS Cruise, which sailed aboard the Carnival Spirit.
Heald praised the culinary team for delivering quality food on a tight budget. “Just my admiration for the culinary team who have a budget per passenger to work with, and if you knew that budget and what they manage to cook up for thousands of people each week, you would be gobsmacked,” he said.
Still a Work in Progress
Carnival is treating this as a test phase for now. The company is collecting guest feedback to decide on any future changes or additions to the menu.
This is good news for cruisers. It means Carnival is actively listening and willing to adjust based on what passengers think.
A Standout Dish: Beef Wellington
One dish getting a lot of attention is the Beef Wellington. It’s described as “a filet of beef with mushroom pâté wrapped in puff pastry and baked to perfection.”
That’s a pretty impressive offering for a cruise ship dinner. If you’re sailing on one of these ships soon, it might be worth adding to your must-try list.
