Virgin Voyages' First-Ever Full Fleet Gathering: Everything You Need to Know

Virgin Voyages’ Sisters at Sea: All 4 Ships Meet in 2027

Virgin Voyages is planning something truly historic on the high seas. In 2027, all four of its ships will meet in the middle of the ocean for one massive celebration.

What Is “Sisters at Sea”?

Virgin Voyages has announced an event called “Sisters at Sea.” It will bring all four of its ships together at the same spot in the Caribbean on February 16, 2027.

The four ships — Scarlet Lady, Valiant Lady, Resilient Lady, and Brilliant Lady — will meet at a specific set of coordinates. That spot sits about 38 nautical miles north of Nuevitas, Cuba.

Virgin founder Sir Richard Branson called the event a dream come true. “When we launched Scarlet Lady, we had a vision, and that vision was always four ships but one community. This fleetwide meet-up is that dream made real,” he said.

Why This Event Is a Big Deal

Around 15,000 guests and crew members will be at sea at the same time. Virgin says this will be the largest celebration ever held on the open ocean.

Branson added: “At Virgin, we want to be the reason someone smiles today. Next year, 15,000 smiles at sea are guaranteed as we celebrate our brilliant Crew and the hundreds of thousands of Sailors who truly own this gathering.”

Guests onboard will also get an exclusive first look at Virgin Voyages’ future plans. That sneak peek won’t be available anywhere else.

The Four Sailings You Can Choose From

Virgin Voyages is offering four different cruises tied to this event. Each one ends or passes through the meeting point on February 16, 2027.

This shorter sailing heads to the Bahamas. It includes time on Grand Bahama Island and a day at Virgin’s Beach Club at Bimini.

Valiant Lady — 7 Nights from San Juan

Dates: February 13–20, 2027

This cruise visits some stunning Caribbean spots. Stops include Cabo Rojo on the Dominican Republic’s southwestern coast, the scenic shores of Samaná, and the bright blue waters of Grand Turk.

Resilient Lady — 7 Nights from Miami

Dates: February 14–21, 2027

This sailing mixes Mexico and the Bahamas. You’ll visit Progreso, a gateway to Mexico’s Yucatán Peninsula, plus stops at Grand Bahama Island and the Beach Club at Bimini.

Brilliant Lady — 10 Nights from Miami

This is the longest option and packs in the most ports. The Eastern Caribbean itinerary includes St. Maarten, Tortola, St. Croix, San Juan, and Puerto Plata.

What to Expect on Board

Virgin Voyages’ Chief Marketing Officer Nathan Rosenberg hinted that the event will be unforgettable. “There are voyages, and then there are moments that are so epic they become lifelong memories. Sisters at Sea is the latter, and we have so much planned to blow your mind and make you laugh and cry with joy,” he said.

Full details about onboard activities and celebrations haven’t been released yet. But with 15,000 people and four ships in one place, it’s safe to say the party will be unlike anything seen before at sea.
