Princess Cruises just announced an exciting new partnership that will bring world-class cocktails to their ships. The cruise line has teamed up with Handshake Speakeasy, a famous bar in Mexico City, to create five unique drinks you can’t get anywhere else.
This marks the first time Handshake Speakeasy has worked with a cruise line. The partnership brings together Princess’s commitment to great guest experiences with Handshake’s award-winning cocktail expertise.
When and Where You’ll Find These Special Drinks
The five signature cocktails will debut on the Star Princess starting November 14, 2025. Three drinks will be served at the Crooners bar, while two special cocktails are reserved just for guests staying in The Sanctuary Collection suites.
Don’t worry if you’re not sailing on the Star Princess right away. Princess plans to roll out these cocktails across all 17 ships in their fleet over the coming weeks.

The collaboration includes a special digital experience filmed in Mexico City. You’ll be able to watch Rob Floyd explore local markets while Eric Van Beek, Handshake’s co-owner and lead mixologist, creates cocktails that capture what he calls “the soul of the cocktail.”

Pan Am Punch: This tropical-inspired drink mixes Bacardi Superior rum with Aperol, lemon, and orgeat syrup for a refreshing taste.

Banana Bread O.F.: This creative old-fashioned uses Rittenhouse Rye Whiskey with banana, walnut brown butter, and maple for a dessert-like experience.
