Want to use your shipboard credits before your cruise? No problem!
Oceania Cruises enhancement and refurbishment project, OceaniaNEXT, just completed the next step; an array of upgraded guest experiences and shipboard programs.
While this mega-enhancement initiative is designed to transform four of Oceania’s Regatta-class ships, Regatta, Insignia, Nautica and Sirena, this latest upgrade expands the pre-cruise experience.
What’s new…
Guests can use their shipboard credits before departure
Prior to departure, guests and travel agents can apply shipboard credit to purchase shore excursions, onboard beverage packages, culinary classes, and specialty dining experiences at La Reserve and Privée. Voyages departing on or after May 19, 2019 are eligible for the pre-cruise onboard credit choices. Access is available online by clicking the “Already Booked” section on OceaniaCruises.com. Finally, if going online isn’t an option, phone Passenger Services at 855-623-2642.
Oceania Cruises Homepage Re-Designed
The OceaniaCruises.com re-designed their homepage for easier navigation. The new navigation is grouped into four tabs at the top of the page site. The four tabs include:
- “Plan Your Cruise” to simplify cruise or destination planning, view specialty cruises, and check air and hotel programs.
- “Explore Ashore” for destinations, shore excursions, land and culinary tours.
- “Onboard Experiences” covers Oceania’s six ships including dining options, enrichment and wellness activities.
- “Ultimate Value” explains the included amenities, plus special offers, excursions, beverage packages, travel protection and more.
Even more upgrades to the cruise line’s website will roll out in 2019.
New Pre Cruise Savings Program
In the past, guests could book their next Oceania Cruises cruise while onboard or within 30 days of returning home. Now, you can book your next cruise and reap the same booking benefits if you book your next cruise up to 30 days before departure.
Luggage Valet Service
Oceania Cruises works with Luggage Forward, a luggage valet service that will ship your luggage right from your home and deliver it to your upcoming Oceania ship and back home after the cruise. Yes, there’s a fee, and begins at $149 for a small carry-on. Golf bags can be sent from your home. Service is available to and from more than 150 ports of call.
