What’s New on MSC Cruises in 2026?
MSC Cruises has just announced a big lineup of new onboard entertainment for 2026. We’re talking robot dogs, revamped parties, new game shows, and more Lego fun for families. There’s something for just about every age group in this update.

AI-Powered Robot Dogs Are Coming Aboard
This is a first for the cruise industry. MSC Cruises is adding AI-powered robotic dogs to select ships. These robots are made by a company called Unitree Robotics and are already being tested on MSC Bellissima.
The robot experience will also roll out on MSC Magnifica during part of its World Cruise 2026. Humanoid robots will join the robotic dogs as well.
What Can You Do With the Robots?
Guests will get to meet and interact with the robots up close. There will be robot-themed parades and interactive workshops for kids age seven and older. The robots will even make appearances at the Doremix Family Disco.
Shows, Parties, and Live Entertainment Get a Refresh
MSC Cruises already runs popular themed nights like its White Night and 1980s parties. In 2026, the cruise line is adding a fully updated 1970s party across the fleet. Expect new music, better costumes, and more ways for guests to get involved.
Big Band, Flamenco, and Dirty Dancing
MSC Poesia is getting 20 new big band performances added to its schedule. It will also feature Dirty Dancing: In Concert, which is sure to be a crowd-pleaser. If you love live music, this ship is worth a closer look.
MSC Seaview and MSC Grandiosa are getting all-new main production shows. The beloved Flamenco show, Paz, makes a comeback on MSC Meraviglia. And MSC Seascape is adding Dueling Pianos along with a brand-new American Country Band experience.
Two New Game Shows Are Launching
If you enjoy a little friendly competition, 2026 has some good news for you. MSC Cruises is launching two brand-new original game shows.
- Chart Toppers – A high-energy music game show featuring the biggest hits from the 1970s to today
- Quiz O’Clock: The Battle – A competitive twist on the cruise line’s classic quiz show format

More Lego Fun for Families
MSC Cruises has a long-running partnership with Lego, and it keeps getting bigger. The popular Lego Parade features seven Lego mascots alongside MSC’s own mascot, Doremi. It’s already a hit on ships like MSC World America.
In 2026, the parade is expanding to more ships, bringing the total up to 14. New ships getting the parade include MSC Grandiosa, MSC Poesia, MSC Divina, MSC Seaside, and MSC Seaview.
More Family Activities on the Way
Families can also look forward to a refreshed, digital-first Lego Family Game Show. A MasterChef at Sea contest is coming too, which sounds like a fun way to spend an afternoon.
