Carnival is considering adding more adults-only cruises to their schedule. “I think it is something that we’ll continue to do. I don’t have news yet about any more adults-only cruises,” Heald said. He mentioned getting hundreds of comments from people asking for more sailings.

The cruise line seems surprised by this discovery. “I think we have perhaps stumbled across a secret and discovered that not all family cruises have to feature the whole family, and those choosing these adults-only cruises seem very happy to know this.”

Other Adults-Only Options on Carnival Ships

Carnival already offers some adults-only spaces on their regular cruises. The Havana staterooms are popular with guests who want a quieter experience. These special cabins are only available on Vista and Excel class ships.

“The minimum age for these cabins is 13 years, so I think that is one of the reasons why perhaps the Havana decks, which are nearly adults-only, sell out quicker than any other rooms,” Heald added.

Every Carnival ship also has Serenity Decks. These adults-only areas give passengers a peaceful place to relax away from families and kids.
