Planned ports of call included Lombok, Benoa, Darwin, Cairns, Airlie Beach, and Moreton Island. The voyage also would have crossed the Equator — always a fun milestone on any cruise.

What Carnival Is Offering Affected Passengers

Carnival acknowledges this is tough news for travelers. The cruise line said, “We apologize for this disappointing news, but we have a variety of alternatives and are confident you will find another Carnival cruise that is filled with an equal amount of fun.”

Option 1: Rebook Your Cruise

Passengers who choose to reschedule will have their original cruise fare protected on a comparable sailing. You’ll also be placed in similar accommodations to what you originally booked.

As a bonus, Carnival is offering a $50 per person onboard credit, up to $100 per stateroom. That credit will be applied directly to your onboard account during your new cruise.

Option 2: Request a Full Refund

Not interested in rebooking? You can get a full refund of your cruise fare and any pre-purchased items. Refunds will be returned to your original form of payment after July 3, 2026.
