MSC Concierge: Your AI Assistant on the High Seas

MSC Cruises has launched MSC Concierge, a free AI-powered assistant available around the clock. Guests can use it to ask questions and make requests in over 90 languages. You can access it right through the MSC for Me mobile app.

How It Works

All you need to do is connect to the ship’s Wi-Fi. From there, MSC Concierge is ready to help at any time of day or night. No waiting in line at the front desk needed.

What Can It Do?

The assistant handles a wide range of tasks to make your cruise more enjoyable. You can use it to:

  • Ask questions about your cruise
  • Request services
  • Book restaurants and shore excursions
  • Schedule spa treatments

MSC Cruises CEO Gianni Onorato explained the thinking behind the new tool: “MSC Concierge allows guests to access the information they need instantly, and make service requests from the comfort of their cabin or sun lounger, giving them more freedom to enjoy their time on board, discover new experiences, and make the most of every moment at sea.”

MSC Concierge is already available on most MSC ships. Full fleet coverage is expected by the end of May. Right now, you can find it on these ships:
