Celebrity Edge Starts Repositioning Voyage to Australia
The Celebrity Edge kicked off the first segment of its repositioning voyage to Australia on September 18, 2026.
Sailing from Vancouver, the Celebrity Cruises vessel is offering a ten-night cruise to Honolulu, which will feature visits to three destinations in Hawaii.

In addition to a 13-hour visit to Kailua Kona, the itinerary includes an overnight call in Hilo. Passengers will also spend one night onboard in Honolulu before disembarking.
Later this month, the Celebrity Edge starts the second leg of its repositioning voyage, embarking on an 18-night cruise to Sydney.
The "Tahitian Treasures" itinerary will sail from Honolulu to Sydney, visiting destinations in the South Pacific.
Among the ports of call welcoming the 2018-built vessel are Moorea, Raiatea and Papeete in French Polynesia.
Before arriving in Australia, the ship is also scheduled to sail to two destinations in New Zealand, including Bay of Islands and Tauranga.
The Edge will operate its fourth winter season in Australia and New Zealand in 2026-27, offering a series of itineraries from Sydney.
The deployment includes 12-night cruises to New Zealand, in addition to ten- and 11-night itineraries to the Great Barrier Reef.
The 2,900-passenger ship is also scheduled to offer a nine-night sailing to South Australia and Tasmania, visiting Melbourne, Adelaide, Kangaroo Island and Hobart.
Other highlights of the season include a 14-night cruise to the South Pacific Islands that will feature calls in New Caledonia, Fiji and Vanuatu.
The ship is also scheduled to offer open-jaw itineraries starting in early 2027, operating between Sydney and Auckland.
The season runs through late April, when the Celebrity Edge is scheduled to start its return to North America for another summer in Alaska.
According to Celebrity's published deployment, Australia will welcome the vessel again for the 2027-28 winter season.
