Oceania Welcoming Celebrity Speakers for Curated Conversations in 2027

Oceania Cruises Adds Celebrity Guest Speakers in 2027

Oceania Cruises is spicing up its 2027 lineup with a new guest speaker series. The program, called Curated Conversations, brings well-known names from film, technology, and the arts onboard for candid chats with passengers.

What Is Curated Conversations?

The new enrichment program will debut on select sailings across the fleet in 2027. Instead of formal lectures, most sessions will feel like relaxed interviews. The Cruise Director will lead a Q&A-style conversation, and guests can ask their own questions afterward.

Jason Montague, chief luxury officer of Oceania Cruises, said the idea fits the brand’s spirit. “Curated Conversations reflects the spirit of exploration that defines an Oceania Cruises voyage. Our guests are naturally curious travelers who value discovery as much as the destinations themselves,” he said.

Montague added that the series is meant to spark real connection. “This program creates rare opportunities to engage with extraordinary individuals whose experiences and perspectives inspire new ways of thinking,” he said.

Actress Karen Allen Joins a Tahiti Voyage

Karen Allen will speak with guests during a cruise from Los Angeles to Papeete, running November 11 to 28, 2027. Allen is an award-winning actress and director known for her work in film, television, and theater.

Cruisers may recognize her from major films like “Raiders of the Lost Ark,” “Starman,” and “Scrooged.” Onboard, she’ll share stories about storytelling, creativity, and her decades-long career both in front of and behind the camera.

Apple Co-Founder Steve Wozniak Sails From Miami

Tech fans will want to look at the roundtrip sailing from Miami, set for January 27 to February 5, 2027. Steve Wozniak, who co-founded Apple, will join guests to talk about his role in shaping the modern computing industry.

Wozniak plans to discuss his ongoing work in technology and education, along with stories from his time as a Silicon Valley pioneer. It’s a rare chance for cruisers to hear directly from one of tech’s most influential figures.

More Guests Still to Come

Oceania Cruises says more special guests will be announced for the Curated Conversations series. Appearances and program details are subject to change, so travelers interested in a specific sailing should keep an eye on updates closer to their departure date.

For cruisers who love learning something new while they travel, this kind of onboard programming adds a fresh reason to book a voyage well in advance.
