is a travel blog focusing on cruises and travel experiences all around the world.  I write about my personal travel so that readers are encouraged to try these experiences for themselves and feel comfortable in recommending them to others.

As a freelance travel writer, I receive many complimentary travel opportunities.  This may include hotels, resorts, ships, meals and land tours/activities.  I will disclose these offers at the end of each post.  Conversely, I also pay my own way for quite of bit of my travel and dining, which allows me even more writing opportunities for experiences that I enjoy.

It is my responsibility to present as accurately as possible, a true and honest description based on my experiences.  I am under no obligation to anyone or any company.  As I feel that travel is almost a necessity for our well-being rather than a privilege, it is important for me to give my readers a sense of comfortable anticipation in knowing that they are making an informed decision regarding their vacation arrangements.

Keeping in mind that reviews are “objectively” subjective, I would never knowingly mislead or misinform lest my credibility be jeopardized.  Just because I enjoy a product or experience doesn’t mean that someone will feel the same, and vice versa. I try not to dwell on negativity and look for the positive whenever possible.

If I am asked to review a product, I will have received it at no cost. This will also be disclosed at the end of the article.

To arrange for me to experience and review  your cruise, travel, dining venue, or travel-related product, please contact me at Sherry at CruiseMaven dot com.

A Media Kit is available if you are interested in advertising space.
